Comprehensive NYS-mandated 18-hour handgun safety course. 16 hours classroom + 2 hours range qualification. Covers application process, safe storage, handgun operation, carry/transport laws, and conflict management. All-inclusive: training handguns, ammunition, eye/ear protection, and materials provided. Written and shooting qualification (80% minimum).
